Membership Cancellation

In the event that a member wishes to cancel their membership with NEBAOI, no refund of membership fees will be provided. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Membership Application Denial

If an individual applies for membership with NEBAOI and their application is denied as per membership rules & regulations or any other reason, the membership fees paid will be forfeited and deemed a donation to the association.

There will be no refund provided in the case of a rejected membership application.
By completing the membership application and submitting payment, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation.

Transfer of Membership

Membership is non-transferable. If a member wishes to discontinue their association with NEBAOI, they must follow the cancellation process as outlined above.

Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in processing your payment, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will review your case and respond within 7 business days. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed within 14 business days.
