NO HORN DAY CELEBRATION

I would like to appeal to all esteemed members of NEBAOI to celebrate NO HORN DAY on 25 thy April to create awareness about the harmful effects of the noise pollution in our society. We will celebrate it with a week-long program of contracting DC,DTO,TRAFFIC POLICE,MEDIA etc culminating in a road show from Guwahati Press Club n 29th April at 6am.
